I felt welcome and not rushed. Before washing my hair Philippa looked at my hair and discussed I wanted. Generally a great experience , I will be back. Thank you :0

Another great cut and style from Philippa, I have really fine hair but Philippa always manages to style it so it is fuller and healthier
