Outstanding! Nicola made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Very professional but also extremely personable and friendly. Tailored my experience too with being pregnant which was lovely. Very knowledgeable of her products and all their ingredients. An amazing facial which was super kind to the skin and each step was explained. Lovely arm, hand, shoulder, neck and head massage too. Her set up is also gorgeous and very professional. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone regardless of their skin care journey, whether a newbie or pro, Nicola has you covered!

Nicola’s warmth and professionalism made the entire experience exceptional. I’ve had many treatments over the years due to skin concerns, but this was by far the best. I’ll absolutely be returning as a regular client.
