I had my consultation today and I honestly felt so comfortable and well looked after. Everything was explained to me clearly and honestly, with realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel pressured at all — I felt listened to, understood, and given professional advice based on what would be best for me. The clinic felt welcoming and professional, and I left feeling reassured and excited about the treatment plan. Thank you for such a kind, honest and caring consultation.
