The Japanese Lift is a beautiful treatment that goes beyond the scope of a traditional facial to work on skin, lymph, connective tissue, nerve endings and muscle. Blending elements of facial reflexology, acupressure, lymph drainage, Japanese lifting and meridian balancing, this is a deeply relaxing treatment with beautiful results. Always a favourite, neuro foot reflexology is a deeply relaxing and healing complementary therapy that can be used as a health and wellbeing maintenance treatment, or customised to take into account any health challenges you may be facing. I particularly love this therapy for addressing any spinal, joint or muscular problems or to help with sleep disturbances but it can be personalised to any focus that you need. 
Note: this treatment cannot be performed if you have active fungal nail infection, verruca or athletes foot.

Facial Reflexology is also a great way to maintain good health, we know that prevention is always better than cure. I highly recommend incorporating reflexology as part of your regular self care every few weeks. If you have health insurance your policy will probably cover part of the cost too!
Facial Reflex Therapy is a hands-on complementary therapy designed to boost all body systems, organs and functions for a total well-being boost.
This version is a general wellness treatment all of the body's systems, organs and glands are gently stimulated to bring about and maintain balance in the body/mind/emotions. 
For a corrective, personalised treatment to deal with a particular issue or set of symptoms please choose the personalised therapeutic Neuro reflexology version instead.

Neuro Facial Reflexology Wellbeing Boost

Cryo is used for fast removal of age spots, sun spots and large skin tags. Price is from €75 for the first lesion, multiple pricing depending on treatment required, determined at first consultation. Please note, sun spots usually require just one treatment unless very large, large skin tags may need a top up.
