My approach to massage is intuitive and intentional: long, slow, deliberate strokes combined with facilitated stretching and myofascial release, always shaped by what each individual body is asking for in that session. I am well versed in deep tissue, TMJ (intra-oral) massage, prenatal and postnatal massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, scraping, body treatments, and aromatherapy.
