I have been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years and I am a perpetual student. I have qualifications in Sports Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Pilates, Biomechanics, Cellular Release Therapy and I am currently studying Functional medicine. I love helping people find ways to support themselves and feel well. I offer support by fundamentally helping individuals access a better sense of connection with themselves through intuitive touch.
