Leena, manager of the Blooming Rose, worked with me because Madeline was ill. I was so impressed with Leena. I was thrilled with my eye lashes and for her to help me out even when she had a full schedule. I recommend The Blooming Rose for anyone searching for an outstanding place to receive eye extensions.
