My back was really stiff & locked up from this week’s workout programme; my calves, achilles, hamstrings & quads were also incredibly tight from my latest long distance run. Khulani worked her magic to loosen everything up & helped with the tension. Exactly the recovery I needed — highly recommend Khulani’s services!
