I had my first Brazilian wax today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous, but she immediately put me at ease by explaining everything she was going to do and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. She was so calm, friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference. She took her time and did everything she could to make the experience as pain-free as possible. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend Harbs Beauty Room to anyone, especially if it’s your first time getting waxed. I’ll definitely be returning!

It was my first visit to Kelly. She was both lovely and professional. She was thorough and did an excellent job of my waxing. On first impressions, I would definitely recommend. I will be rebooking x
