As someone visiting a physiotherapist for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Katerina takes the time to listen, makes me feel heard, explains everything clearly, and tailors each session to my needs. She has a kind, caring, and friendly manner and is highly professional, making every appointment comfortable and reassuring.
