John made me feel at ease and seemed to immediately understand what I wanted from my haircut even though I didn't fully know how to explain. He was thorough and attentive to detail. I left looking good, but in a way that fit my overall vibe well. I know where to go next time I need a haircut. Couldn't be happier.
