I love that josephine asked 'how can i help you today?' I came with issue with my shoulders being so tight and i just needed soemone to help with my knots ect and she did exactly what i asked and needed. She was so personable and polite and kind. Im usually super picky with masseuses and i can tell you i will absolutely be going back.
