Hi Kim, we’re sorry the massage wasn’t quite what you were hoping for. We’d love to know what you felt was lacking. Was it the pressure, technique, area focussed on or something else? You know us well enough to know we want you to enjoy your treatments, so please don’t hesitate to speak up during your appointment.
