I think the lady that did my manicure was a bit rude. Like trying to finish as fast as possible and complaining I’m moving when I was trying to explain what I noticed needs to be fixed. Additionally this is my 2nd time and I am never being offered coffee or water which should be a standard question… I just have to look at other ladies drink coffee. This needs improvement

The entire team is incredibly welcoming. Janet, in particular, is an absolute professional who clearly knows her craft inside and out. It’s refreshing to be assisted by someone who genuinely loves what they do and consistently goes the extra mile for their customers.
