I am a level 3 qualified sports massage therapist and personal trainer, I have been training many clients over the past 4 years and have been treating clients withe injuries and tightness in sports massage for over 3 years now. Having both qualifications helps me combine the two to help with overcoming injuries and mobility so you’re not only just getting a massage or a PT session!

Great sport massage, highly recommend.. as much as it hurts at the time 😅 it's been a massive benefit to my calf's
