Hello, my name is Hilde. I qualified as a massage therapist almost 20 years ago. Then in 2019, dealing with chronic pain issues, I came accross Myofascial Release and it changed my life. I qualified and set up Hildegarden Holistic Therapies, so I can share this amazing therapy with other people experiencing chronic pain.

Absolutely amazing treatment...myofascial release with Hilde. So gentle but such a powerful experience and I slept so well after . Would recommend to everyone to try it. Hilde is very intuitive and so skilled. X
