SERVICE LIMITATION DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate hair that extends beyond the hip length, as it may pose a health and safety risk due to potential interference with spa and drainage systems. For very curly or Afro-textured hair (excluding very short hairstyles), the BALANCE package is required, as this hair type needs additional nourishment and specialised styling techniques to achieve the best outcome.
