I have been working as a qualified Reflexologist since 2011, holding membership with the Association of Reflexologists (MAoR). Over more than a decade of full-time practice, my work has evolved into something deeper than a single modality — it is a space where the body is listened to, the nervous system is respected, and genuine healing becomes possible.
