Every body is unique, carrying its own history of injury, posture habits, and stress. Because of this, I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" treatment. My approach is highly intuitive yet grounded in clinical science.

Great experience with Emmanuel, He asked me about my struggles and I mentioned I had tight ankles and plantar issues, straight away he addressed them and now I feel great walking again Also the aftercare advice he gives is really beneficial and helps with injury prevention a lot
