In 2012 I began my massage career and opened the door for the a much deeper lifestyle. My continuing curiosity into the body's healing mechanism led me to Yoga and eventually Ayurveda. In 2023, I graduated from Maharishi International University with a Masters degree in Ayurveda and Integrated health. My practice centers around enlivening the body's inner intelligence to bring balance.
