I’m Dan and I am an MSK physiotherapist. With 7 years of specialist MSK experience in the NHS, I specialise in returning active people back to sports performance and exercise using a combination of strength and conditioning, as well as hands-on manual techniques. Outside of Physiotherapy, I enjoy triathlon, and have represented Wales and Great Britain age-group teams.

Excellent session. Dan listened and recorded my summary of injury problem, followed by a physical examination, and finally an observation of my balancing skills! We then proceeded to enter the gym, where Dan demonstrated a number of exercises for me to work on. I then had the opportunity to practise these, with Dan offering advice on how to improve / carry out the movements properly. I received a text that evening, with a list of the strength work that I needed to carry out for the foreseeable future. Dan is knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. Many thanks.

My sessions with Dan have definitely made a difference both physically and mentally. I finally feel like I have the support I need to strengthen myself with the right form. Dan is super friendly and accommodating too, highly recommend!
