Over the last 20+ yrs I have been supporting people with their health and well-being using Reflexology, Myofascial Release including The Bowen technique,Aromatherapy and Deep tissue massage. I am passionate about giving and sharing these techniques in my practice. I am also a tutor for Bowen College UK and the School of Natural Therapies .

Her kind, gentle and empathetic manner also ensures that the experience is the best that it possibly can be - with equally positive outcomes. I would highly recommend both Claire as practitioner and Bowen as a therapy.

Claire sorts me out everytime with Bowen and massage I would be in alot of discomfort if it wasn’t for her magic hands
