Massage and holistic therapy is my passion and a hugely rewarding career. Fully insured and a member of the Irish Massage and Bodywork Association. I have diverse experience in the industry. This includes working as a therapist in corporate environments, in a five-star spa hotel, and with the elderly in a healthcare setting. I have been a Therapist for 12 years so I feel with each year my knowledge and understanding of the human body grows deeper and deeper.

Claire is such a wonderfully skilled therapist. I felt amazingly relaxed and refreshed after my lovely massage yesterday. She is also very knowledgeable and she is the first person to explain some of the possible reasons behind my neck pain. Thank you so much Claire.

Excellent massage, couldn't recommend enough. The space is warm and inviting, the massage table is heated, the music and atmosphere were incredibly calming, and Claire was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, gave me an excellent massage. She also sent me some follow-up stretches I can do at home which was a lovely touch.

Claire is an amazing therapist and person. She is gentle, kind and tuned into what people need. She really knows the human body and how to help with different pains and challenges. I regularly attend Claire, she is very thorough and knowledgable. I have hyper mobility and she is always careful to hone the treatment to exactly how I need on the day. Highly recommend Claire
