Carrie talked to me about what I needed from the massage. We discussed my activities any injuries or areas I felt needed to be addressed. It was an absolutely brilliant sports massage.

Wow this was my first cupping experience and although very intensive already feeling my neck and shoulder moving more freely. Combine that with some strong sports massage Carrie’s treatment was superb
