I’ve spent over 13 years working hands-on with people and more than a decade in physiotherapy, including many years within the NHS. Alongside this, I’ve worked extensively in sports rehab, helping people recover from injury and get back to what they enjoy. I take a calm, personalised approach to each session, really listening to what’s going on and tailoring treatment to the individual.
