Áine is an absolute god send! She has shown such compassion, understanding and kindness while I have been navigating recovery post surgery. I had some concerns before my appointment but she answered them very quickly and put me at ease. From the first session, she was very calming and handled my anxiety brilliantly. The massage was perfect as she constantly checks in to make sure it's not too much pressure. I can't recommend Áine enough

I have been having weekly manual lymphatic drainage with Áine following a surgical procedure, and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very first session, she made me feel completely at ease and thoroughly explained the process, which gave me so much confidence during my recovery. Her knowledge, skill, and gentle approach have made a huge difference and each session feels both therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
