I offer remedial massage and advanced bodywork as a way of supporting my clients with long standing health and chronic pain conditions with an intention to treat the root cause of your problem; by combining my skills I can treat a range of symptoms that include back, shoulder and neck pain. Painful hips, referred pain to the arms and legs as well as improvement to range of movement through the entire body. Through my advanced training of Trauma Informed Bodywork, I am able to help relieve Migraines, Tinnitus as well as other pathologies of the head, neck face and jaw.

I was amazed to feel the difference I’ve felt. I can move my body easily and freely. I’ve been painfully rolling around on tennis balls to find release and am so thrilled that after 4 visits I can move my back without discomfort. Fascia work is definitely something I’d suggest to anyone with reoccurring pain. Bonnie was kind enough to give me advice and guidance in practical stretches that will hopefully prevent reoccurring issues. Money well spent and I’d highly recommend :)
