Skin Ritual Facial

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues

Using the same protocol as my skin ritual, we add the addition of dermaplaning for the ultimate glass skin glow.

Dermaplaning removes the top layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) allowing skin to regenerate collagen and absorb skincare. Don’t worry, hair does not grow back thicker or darker 😊

Kashmiri Pink Chai is a Pakistani hot beverage which is pink in colour. It has a rich, creamy and sweet taste. A kehwa (tea base) is first prepared with Kashmiri or Green Tea leaves and whole spices like star anise, cinnamon, cloves and green cardamon. And then the kehwa is boiled with milk and sugar to make the tea.

All teas must be booked in alongside treatments and please book these 15 mins prior your treatment time.

Using the same protocol as my skin ritual, we add the addition of dermaplaning and microneedling for the ultimate glass skin glow.

Microneedling is carried out with a pen device using sterile needles that penetrate the skin to encourage collagen production and trigger the skins healing responses for younger plumper looking skin. This procedure is perfect for fine lines, wrinkles & scarring.

foot bath and tea ceremony. You’re then treated to a full body exfoliation, back and scalp massage with hair oil and and express facial.

Bamboo rods are warmed and used to provide deep tissue massage. 

This massage offers a more heavy duty massage that is perfect for those with post exercise muscle tension and those who’s knots are in need of deeper work.

Warm Bamboo Massage

A traditional Japanese full body massage that uses a massage tool made from Hinoki wood (Japanese cypress), designed with curves to fit the human body. Hinoki wood is a natural antiseptic and is said to have many healing properties and works well in combination with a facial. 
This wood tool allows for fine muscle work using Japanese shiatsu techniques that work with the meridians.
