Begin with a relaxing foot soak with calming essential oils. While your feet are taking a dip, we’ll take your hands and give them the gentle touch they need. 

Applying a single essential oil of your choice, we will start with a gentle stretch and work on your palms all way to the finger tips.

After your hands are feeling light and relaxed, your feet will be treated to repetitive rhythmic movements that will support you to feel relaxed and grounded.
