I came in ready to have a color transformation. But it was not meant to be because my hair was not healthy enough to go through such a change. Kevin explained why through chemistry and I understood what I had to do to go through the transformation. That is the hard part. It taught me that even if we think we’re ready for a change, we cannot bypass the undeniably difficult, sometimes painful transition. Kevin isn’t just a color expert. He’s a chemistry scholar, and a therapist. I cannot wait to return in a few months fully ready for the transformation. Thank you, Kevin for your kind heart.
