Slow facial rituals by Helena Mathieson Unhurried, intuitive treatments designed to bring calm to the mind and glow to the skin. Each seasonal facial begins with a personalised consultation, followed by a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation and mask. Sculpting massage and lymphatic drainage techniques help to lift, tone, and de-puff while releasing deep tension. Optional LED light therapy can be added, along with a hand or foot massage for deeper relaxation. Bespoke finishing products complete the ritual — leaving your skin radiant, and your whole system grounded and restored.

I had the most wonderful facial with Helena today, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough! Helena sets the tone for your facial with the gorgeous location looking out into nature, with the most comfortable bed, making sure you can relax. I notice the moment my body relaxes as its as though I then drift off into the most restorative sleep. Helena takes the time to adjust the treatment to what you need, making it a truly restorative moment for yourself. I couldn't recommend Slowskin enough - I'll be making time to gift this to myself more frequently. It's worth it.
