bethany was a really warm and welcoming individual, i was 15 minutes late to my appointment however i had called around 5 minutes before the appointment and explained. i would’ve 100% gone back had i not spotted my biab extension being glued on with primark glue. for £40 - now £45 for nail art, which the price increase was not discussed with me - i would not expect primark glue to be used. for the actual biab itself, she used 5 almost empty bottles of product which added 40 minutes onto the treatment. she had no consideration for the fact i could’ve had plans afterwards. not a happy customer.
