Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Part of my energy healing I work with the feminine and masculine energies the chakra system and crystals to tune in to clear any blockages on an energetic level.

Tailored to suit your needs applying preferred pressure using mixed blended oils.  A full body 1hr Swedish holistic massage, this treatment is fully relaxing to melt away tension and stress is great for bringing equilibrium back to the body mind and soul.

Swedish Massage full body

Muscle melt 30 minutes, using Swedish massage techniques to break down areas of tension within the back neck and shoulder area. Perfect for anyone who carries tension in this area.

Back neck shoulders massage 

Relief from tired aching legs and feet massage, working with breaking down tension in the major and minor muscles of the legs including relaxing foot massage to ease and soothe.

Leg & foot massage

Muscle melt massage, using Basalt heated stones and warm essential oils from head to toe, the stones penetrate 10 times deeper to melt away aching tired muscles. Rejuvenate unwind and reset. 

Hot stone full body

Either laying down or chair massage, Indian head massage is an Ayurvedic treatment which works with all the acupressure points in the back, neck, face and scalp. It's a really beautiful treatment that will leave you feeling relaxed yet refreshed and promotes clarity of mind. This treatment also included a 15 minute full back massage also working with acupressure points.
