I highly recommend Lou for your next massage! She is very experienced, professional and creates such a relaxing space. Lou found all the spots that needed attention and we did some assisted stretching which I thought was a perfect addition. She followed up with some exercises and tips to help in my everyday life relating to my areas of concern. I highly recommend her pregnancy massages too! Thanks Lou, I’ll be a returning client 🙂

Always consistently great! Peaceful surroundings in a lovely space. Lou's energy is very calming and nurturing . If needed or asked for can be strong which for me is a good outcome!
