UPDATE: All appointments will be transferred over to Elite Therapy at Elite Fitness, Spring Valley, Douglas as of 17th November. Jules of Hobbs Holistic Health will be based at Follan Health Centre in Tromode each Friday from 8am offering sports massage. Jules is a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and approaches treatments holistically. She works to your pain threshold using a number of modalities to enhance recovery. Her speciality is tech neck, reducing pain and tension in the head.
