Jo is a Reiki practitioner passionate about supporting wellbeing. Please note I am a separate business and any enquiries/requests should be sent to me directly. Reiki sessions include a brief consultation before and after the session. Clients remain fully clothed and can receive treatment lying on a therapy bed or seated. Depending on preference sessions will either be with hands lightly placed on the body or hands close to the body. The treatment is non-invasive and there are no contraindications but please do mention any concerns.
