Back neck and shoulder massage (including arms if required) this also has dry needling for the neck, face and head, ideal for tension busting and anyone that suffers from migraines! 

The Tension Buster

A full body treatment that can apply different manual therapies swell as massage treatment. 
Added extras can be needling, taping, manual therapy for the joints, Iastm and ultrasound.

90 min sports massage 

This is available for emergency use, it will be available out of hours for injuries and matters that can't wait. 
Please be advised, all injuries must be rested for 72 hours before being seen to allow clients to pass the acute state of injury. Please contact for advice if to book this or wait.

Dry needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments. 

Dry Needling

Used to support and relieve pain in muscles, joints, and/or ligaments. It reduces swelling, increases mobility and enhances recovery. The range of motion is not limited allowing you to continue moving efficiently. 

KT Taping

Want to have time with a Friend, partner or family member? 
Book out too hours for you both! You can also use this option if for any reason you need a full two hours to yourself! 

Double (Couples) Session 

Choose if it’s for an event happening on the day and close to the event. Choose this option if coming straight out of an event and into recovery. 

Pre/Post Event Massage

Shorter session can be focused on upper, lower or specific areas of tension.

Express Sports Massage

Use this option to go over any injuries, imbalance, mobility or dysfunction you may have. This can be done separate from a treatment then a plan into place two work towards your goal
