Hi I’m Elena, a Level 4 sports massage therapist and fitness instructor. I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for almost 10 years, focusing on rehabilitation, correctional work and overall relaxation. I take both a holistic and clinical approach to treatment, connecting the mind and body together, to create the best outcome in your session and when you leave my room.
