A massage at Copper Tree Retreat can focus on the places holding the most tension: therapists ask about problem areas, check that the pressure feels right, and work through knots. Swedish and hot stone massages are among the options, and reviewers also describe deep tissue sessions that ease back, neck, and shoulder tension.
