An invigorating treatment to combat stubborn cellulite, which is most effective on a regular basis. 

This treatment focuses on tightening the abdomen & thighs through vigorous massage techniques, encouraging fresh oxygenated blood to areas of cellulite & encouraging lymphatic drainage.

The routine involves dry exfoliation, invigorating massage techniques with a detoxifying essential oil blend & the use of various massage tools to target the deeper layers of adipose tissue.

Cellulite Treatment

Deep tissue massage techniques are combined with Gua Sha & Cupping for myofascial release on problem areas. Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese method using a flat pebble of obsidian stone to scrape fascial adhesions, increasing mobility & flushing waste from connective tissues. Cupping Therapy further releases the fascia & draws toxins, encouraging healthy circulation. This treatment is anti inflammatory & detoxifying by secreting a large amount of waste & stagnation from the muscle tissues, fascia & blood.

Gua Sha Therapy - Full Body (90 mins)

A firmer massage using deeper strokes to target the inner layers of muscle tissues & fascia. Trigger point therapy is used to release chronic contractions in the fascia causing musculoskeletal pain. This treatment is useful in breaking up scar tissue from injuries & releasing waste from the fascia to increase range of motion. Cupping Therapy and Gua Sha Therapy are incorporated if needed.

Manual lymphatic drainage & abdominal massage techniques are used on the abdomen in order to drain excess fluid from around the abdomen & intestines. This treatment may help stimulate liver function, bile flow, increase peristalsis & enhance general intestinal organ function to aid in better elimination & digestion. 

+ This treatment is suitable for ongoing gut health problems such as frequent bloating, IBS & constipation.

A soothing mini facial cleanse before your chosen massage.

Organic cleansing milk is used to cleanse the face of impurities, followed by a geranium hydrosol misting to prepare your skin. A soothing décolleté, neck & face massage is followed by Gua Sha & Jade rollers. A hot towel will finish off the cleanse to prepare you for your chosen massage.

This mini treatment brings fresh oxygenated blood flow to the face & promotes lymph drainage which increases radiance, reduces puffiness & tightens the face muscles.

The Basic Video Analysis consists of a pre-recorded 20 minute video identifying key weaknesses in your body through your iris fibres. This service a great diagnostic tool to provide an overview of the root cause of your health concerns & areas of toxic build-up.
