Chris’s experience really shines through. He clearly knows exactly what he’s doing, and I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was so calm, warm and welcoming, from the initial greeting right through to saying goodbye. And my hair was absolutely perfect. Such a lovely experience, and I couldn’t be happier.
