Hello, my names is Chloe and I am the face behind Blissful Touch Salon. I have recently opened a salon just outside of Bugle and are always aiming to make a difference to others. Our mission is to help you relax, de-stress and melt away your daily tension. Each treatment is tailored to you allowing or a more personal experience to make sure you leave feeling uplifted and pampered.
