Holly was fantastic; very informative  beforehand so I could choose the treatment which suited me best, had a great experience with the Swedish massage and felt very light and loose afterwards. A must!

This is a seated treatment. You'll be provided with a sarong or towel to wrap around your top half. Then begins your journey into deep relaxation... 

Through gentle massage the tension in your back, shoulders and neck will begin to melt away leaving you feeling rejuvenated. 

Following this, you’ll be transported to tranquility with a scalp massage using Rosemary scented oil that nourishes your hair and clears your mind. 

Finally, a soothing face massage that helps to loosen and release tense muscles in the forehead and jaw.
