Treatments carried out in my therapy cabin based in Dreghorn, North Ayrshire. I complete a consultation form prior to treatments being carried out to ensure therapy is suitable for each individual.

Holistic Combination 

Skin is gently cleansed and toned using ultra soothing products followed by a gentle facial pressure point massage using oil with or without essential oils added the face is then moisturised and to finish the treatment a soothing eye gel is applied.

Holistic Facial 

Thai Foot massage works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and the lower leg.  It involves hands on massage and stretching techniques opening the ‘Sen’ energy lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai massage stick.  Pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to stimulate the internal organs, encouraging the body and mind to balance as well as activating the body's natural healing mechanism.  The circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid will be improved and the immune system boosted as well as stimulating the elimination of toxins.  This treatment is a wonderful stress reliever promoting deep relaxation. 

Thai Foot Massage 

Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops, and sides of the feet correspond to areas throughout the body.

Reiki is a very simple energy technique for deep relaxation and healing. Every living being is made of energy, known as life force energy or Ki. Having a balanced flow of energy around our mind and body can naturally improve general health and well-being. Reiki helps to clear and balance the body’s energetic channels and naturally boost your energy vibration for deep relaxation and healing.
