I’ve had a lifelong connection to movement, starting gymnastics at three and later training in judo earning a black belt. Through sport and injury, I developed a strong understanding of recovery and mobility. I’m a sports massage therapist with strong anatomical knowledge and hands-on experience. I tailor each session to help you move more freely, release tension, and feel your best in daily life.
