Myofasial release and lymphatic drainage massage. Katie is very knowledgeable and talks you through everything and works with your bodies needs. I have had deep tissue massage and many other types of massage over many years. All of which have felt great and provided relief for a shot time. However, the minute Katie started the Myofasial release I knew this was the FIX my body has been crying out for and not just a short term relief. Absolutely amazing.
