It is also clearly stated throughout our online booking system that listed service prices are plus GST, allowing clients to review this information before confirming an appointment. The $9.25 was GST applicable to your services—not an additional or hidden “service charge.” We take transparency seriously, which is precisely why this information has been communicated across multiple platforms and displayed during the booking process.
