I would like to highlight the technician's high level of professionalism: the eyebrow shape turned out beautiful, and the work was done very quickly and skillfully. I am genuinely happy with how they look.However, I have to lower my rating due to a serious breach of hygiene standards. Before the procedure, the technician did not remove my makeup and failed to sanitize the skin around my eyebrows both before and after waxing. Because the open pores were not disinfected, I developed severe inflammation and breakouts. Please pay attention to sanitary protocols. Thank you!
