I would have liked a more pleasant greeting on arrival, There was no signage on the walls to indicate that the massage studio was at that particular location, but instead, there was another business, Crown Paints advertised. There was no intercom for us to let them know we were outside. I called the studio on WhatsApp once and no answer, I sent a WhatsApp message, no response, I called again, and was told a therapist will co.e and get us. We drove into the premisses, was told to follow the lady, we then were told to follow another lady, taken into a room, and asked to put on our gowns.

The therapist is very gentle. Room is very cold especially when they apply the products on your face and the room is icy. There is a heater but it felt like it was blowing cold wind cause I was asked to remove my top garment and not given a gown to wear just a little blanket to cover you it's winter it's cold. I am waiting to see results as I was told I will see results in a week from the day of my treatment and was told it will only get better and the weeks proceed. So I wait
