Had the 90 minute float away massage. Was a really good deep massage, just what I needed. The use of hot stones felt lovely. Can say is one of the best massages I’ve had and I’ve had many! Would deffinately see Rebecca again!

This Zen You special is the ultimate pamper session. Everything of the 75 minute massage but more time to spend working on wherever you need it most. Incorporating hot stones for instant muscle relaxation and aromatherapy to deepen and lengthen your experience. The special warming aromatherapy blend includes powerful ginger to stimulate your circulation system and over come sluggishness. Sweet marjoram eases muscular aches whilst lemon and eucalyptus cleanse and de-congest. This is specially blended so that some oils work instantaneously and others are longer acting ensuring the benefits of your treatment continue well after you have left the treatment room. Feel your worries and aches float away, leaving you feeling, lighter, brighter, nurtured and calm.

Zen You Float Away 90 minutes

Relax for one whole hour. Long flowing strokes, kneading and lifting will ease those tight achy muscles in your legs, arms, hands, feet, shoulders, neck and back.

Relax in the beautiful Zen Den at Zen You while you receive this ultimate treat for tired achy muscles and stressed out minds. Stone massage uses basalt rocks which comes from below the crust of our earth. Basalt is a spiritually grounding stone and this treatment involves the five different elements of chinese medicine: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood for a harmonising experience. Full of Iron and magnesium basalt holds it's heat longer than other stones.
